Ex 1: Suppose you have three employees in the organization procurement division Buyer, Supervisor and Manager.

Buyer is responsible for all expense items and can approve these items. Account used for expense items are 66XXXXXX
Supervisor is responsible for both inventory assets & expense items. Supervisor can also approve these items. Account used for inv assets are 1XXXXXXX
Manager is responsible for all inventory assets, expense items & fixed assets. Manager has the authority to approve all kind items and. Account used for fixed assets are 61XXXXXX

Requirement is to segregate the responsibility for audit and business purpose.

You  ‘ll create three different approval groups
AG1‘ll contain the account range for 66XXXXXX (include)
AG2‘ll contain the account range for 66XXXXXX, 1XXXXXXX (include)
AG3‘ll contain the account range for 66XXXXXX, 1XXXXXXX & 61XXXXXX (include)
